Raid Rules:
1.0 Requirements before you are allowed to sign up or join a raid (=Raider Rank):
1.1 - Have TeamSpeak3 working.
1.2 - Have flasks (two elixirs)
1.3 - Have Buff Food
1.4 - Main spec PvE and iLvL 335
1.5 - Have at least 2,5 hours of time starting from 15 minutes ahead of raiding time
1.6 - Must have read the boss tactic which name is in the raid.
1.7 - Must have Boss Warning addon installed (Deadly Boss Mods))
If you want to get the raider rank please contact an officer or raid leader to check if you forfill the requirements.
2.0 Order of picking raiders:
2.1 - Raiders picked based on: Raid Role Composition
--> 2.2 - Raiders picked based on: Requirements
----> 2.3 - Raiders picked based on: Raid Experience/skill
------> 2.4 - Raiders picked based on: Member Rotation
3.0 Rules during raid:
3.1 - No AFK's (Breaks are announced in chat by Raidleaders, if you want a break ask Raidleader)
3.2 - Listen to Raidleader on all chat channels (TS, Raidchat & whispers)
3.3 - Only speak/chat when necessary and relevant during explanation of tactics and during fights. The Raid Warning saying "Focus Time" annouces the need for a silent chat.
3.4 - Do not blame people in public, you can whisper your opinion to a Raid leader.
4.0 Rights and duties of Raid Members:
4.1 - Duty to perform to the best of their ability.
4.2 - You have the right to always ask for help and you have the right to make a mistake as long as you learn from your faults in the next attempt.
4.3 - Duty to listen to instructions.
4.4 - Raid members have the right to request breaks.
4.5 - Duty to have a PvE spec and PvE gear.
4.6 - Right to have any PvE spec you want
4.7 - Right that you can't ever be forced into a certain talentspec.
5.0 Rights and duties of Raid Leaders
5.1 - If you are failing and are not learning in the eyes of the raid leaders, we hold the right to replace you.
5.2 - Duty to always supply you with a reason for a raidkick
5.3 - Duty to try our best to help the raid progress
5.4 - Duty to distribute the loot equally. (10man basis is need/greed for Main Spec) Main spec = automatically current raid spec with the exception if you announced a different main spec at the start of the raid.
5.5 - Raid leaders hold the right to make judgement calls for the benefit of the raid.
5.6 - Raid Leaders have the duty to apply breaks on a fair basis.
5.7 - The right to replace people who are under performing due to various aspects.
5.8 - Raid dates and times will be announced on Guild Calendar 3 days in advance.
These are the rules starting from Sunday the 16th of January 2011, they are open for discussion but it is unlikely that they will be changed.
